The Good: A good 50% of the issue seemed to be devoted to introducing not only Ollie's semi-new array of gadget arrows (which I would be surprised if there were no more than what was shown), but also his new intelligence team. While I could see why people would be comparing this new (ish) Green Arrow to Batman with the use of gadgets and an "Oracle-esque" character feeding him information in the field through advanced tech, I feel like this has more of a secret agent feel to it. The Good 1) Subtext- I liked how this book had some social relevance to it. The antagonists introduced in the book were so poignant to today's society, that I caught myself laughing at how right on Krul was. 2) Writing- Unlike a lot of other books I have read, the useless jabber was at a minimum in this book. All of the dialogue between the characters contributed to the growth of the story. Story wise, Krul has taken the philosophy of Robin Hood and made it his own.
