Too many unknowns. How well armed are either side, what type of Elite/Predator, where is the battle located?

Considering the massive time difference in each of the universes, the Elites seem more technologically advanced. Almost all of the their weaponry, even their swords, are plasma-based, while the predators have solid metal weaponry and their douche-cannon. Oh, and their arm bomb.

Both have been known to cloak, but Predators have infrared vision, so they could find the elites, but that all depends on where the arena is.

I'd say in a straight up fight, no hiding or anything, elites would win.

So my sister and I have very little faith that the new movie will be good, but for different reasons. I believe it will be bad because of the director, producers, and writers, and my sister believes it will be because the Turtles are lame, therefore stating there can never be a good TMNT film.
What do you guys think, could there be a good TMNT film?

Still, I don't know if that would be enough to present a "valid" argument to people on this thread like FinalStar who seem to be very anti-Snake.

Psycho Mantis was the most powerful telepath on the planet who could control entire armies and create natural disasters with a thought, yet even he was flabbergasted by Snake's abilities during their battle. .

He brainwashed the genome soldiers into helping with the Shadow Moses Revolt, but I don't recall him creating natural disasters.

Wolverine x-stomps Jensen. Better regen factor, arguably faster and stronger, able to take Jensen's bullets, hell, even the pic shows Wolverine with a bunch of swords sticking out of him, meaning he could most assuredly survive Jensen's blades.

Don't know much about comic book Winter Soldier, but from what I know about Snake, he has infiltrated many different compounds (N313/F014/Shadow Moses 2x/Tanker/Big Shell/Outer Haven) single handedly (albeit with radio contact) with barely anything heading in. I think he could most assuredly maneuver through this compound without being seen, at least for a good while, and get the drop on Punisher/Winter Soldier. Moreover, he has faced people comparable/better than Punisher/Winter Soldier (Vamp, B&B Corps, ANY Metal Gear, Liquid) and has defeated them each, albeit some in different ways (Nerfed Vamp, beat REX after Gray Fox destroyed the radome).
In conclusion, I think due to his incredible stealth skills and combat experience, Snake would take this in the end.

Very funny, I get your joke.

Now, getting down to business...

Round 1: Snake roflstomps Jack. Snake is far more skilled hand to hand combat, knowing multiple different styles and was trained in CQC personally by Big Boss. Snake also has arguably more combat experience, entering the Green Berets at 16, which is not an easy feat by any stretch of the imagination.

Round 2: I actually feel bad for Jack, now. Snake is a far stealthier soldier/agent/mercenary/badass than Jack is. He sneaks through the facility, says "A surveillance camera?", continues throughout the hallways, and gets the jump on Jack through (Pick one: CQC, Dagger, Hold-up, shot through the head, etc.).

Round 3: This is a little more challenging. I am going to assume that Snake doesn't have access to his codec calls, so he doesn't have anyone giving him any layouts or information on Jack's position, while Jack not only can now know the layout, Chloe may also be able to track Snake. Now, Snake's reaction time is pretty impressive (See: Cutscene before Revolver Ocelot fight, cutscene before Olga fight, opening MGS4 cutscene, etc.), but both Jack's and Snake's shooting are pretty impressive, and Jack knows where he is. This is a far better fight, I'd have to give it 5/10 times for either side, since Jack know's where Snake is, but Snake has infinite ammo and amazing reflexes.

@gojira2014:

Well, Snake was able to hold his own against Ocelot in a gunfight in MGS1, so it would be safe to assume that Liquid could hold his own as well.
