Wow. Been a while. Looking at the user rankings it looks like I haven't been doing my due diligence. Seeing the last year I did anything doesn't help either...

Came around for the first time in a while tonight. Things have been in the suck for quite a while. Still a grad student. It feels like a constant state of limbo. I've been getting optimistic lately. Perhaps I really might get out into the real world. Or some tiny ivy tower where I can do what I've always wanted to do--teach. I'm projecting a graduation date of next year! Spring, maybe summer? Could this be it?

Anyway, I've lurked around the vine a while back. I guess I just stopped checking in because I felt a little bad about never having the time to participate. Research takes a whole lot of time. Who knew getting an advanced degree would take work?

I wonder if anyone will read this... I feel like a relic from comicvine that has long since passed... Either way, thought I'd put an update on the ol' blag that didn't have a 9 at the end of it ; ) Maybe things are actually getting better. Maybe I will start to find the time to work on vine content again : )
