Azazel has full use of his entire power set. No rest between battles, he[Azazel] faces each opponent one after the other; assuming he wins. Every opponent has full-use of their power set and completely healthy. No canon ailments (detrimental sicknesses/terminal illnesses) apply. Their area of battle is inside a giant dome-- no where to hide. Many y mano. No dirty tactics or outside influence.

Sentry's power do are energy based. His body contantains a massive amount of engergy which fuels the rest of his power, which is why Norman Osborn once referred to him as a living H-bomb. Magneto could use his mastery of the electromagnetic spectrum to manipulate or disturb the very energy that fuels Sentry, granting him the victory.

so going by that Magneto can really mess sentry up really bad as he is a mental case at times

Oh man, I was just thinking about that Jeepers Creepers dude last night for some odd reason. I am going with Iron Man. Aslong as somewhere in the battle Iron Man unveils his Proton Canon and annihilates the Creeper.
