For $15.00 I will totally buy this even though those sillouttes don't indicate that we'll be getting Black Canary (BOO!). This is actually my most anticipated game of the Pre-Fall release season, more than Bioshock actually which is really saying a lot because I'm STOKED for that.

I'm thinking Martian Manhunter is a safe bet. Darkseid or Zod seem semi believable given the movie drops later this year. Maybe another villain like Brainiac? If they go crazy like with Mortal Kombat putting Freddy in would it be impossible to put Watchmen in there? Rorschach would be a really amazing fan service I think.

I'm really not sure who else we can see that would add variety to what we've got. If they want characters that are already represented but different we might get Superboy, Red Hood, another Lantern, or Reverse Flash...I'm not sure I'd want that at all though.

Black Canary is my favorite comic character (well the entire Birds of Prey team) and this really bums me out. Sure she's a great actress and will no doubt be a wonderful Dinah Lance if I'm reading that correctly it sounds like Dinah Laurel Lance is dead so this series won't have any of the awesome back and forth between Oliver and the junior Black Canary...sad!

I've still got to watch a few episodes and see if it takes now that all of my shows are canceled or ending I'll have bandwidth for more TV.

I actually prefer no multiplayer. For one thing Batman is a lone wolf, sure he has Robin and the rest of the Bat-family as well as Justice League but they just kind of go along for the ride most times it seems. Batman is in his element in the shadows among gargoyles awaiting the perfect moment to swoop down on a purse snatcher or bust up one of his rogue galleries latest get rich quick schemes.

No multiplayer means more devotion to the story, levels, voice acting, and all the stuff that makes the Batman Arkham series such an amazing addition. Enzio and Assassins Creed aren't great WITH multiplayer, they were great twice and then added a multiplayer element with half a continuation from the second game. Batman would simply not play very well with multiplayer, I can't think of a way that would work and be fun. Adding Catwoman as a 2nd player, like Double Dragon in days of old? No, it would end up being like Resident Evil 5 where you can play with a friend to get the full experience or end up with a loopy half ass AI retard following you and ruining the game for the entire playthrough on single player.
