Talon is doing well enough to last: March sales were 25,440, #31 of the New 52.

Sounds good to me

Certainly wouldn't want to see Talon go, I'm really enjoying that book

Inclusion of The Phantasm would be so sick

I've been wanting that for a while. I completely agree, Robin in the first film, Nightwing in the second. Up to the filmmakers whether Jason Todd shows up, but you've gotta get to Tim Drake.

While the article is very one-sided, and misinformed here and there, there are some good points. This point being one of the strongest I think.

That's so true. It's really unfair to say that liking Snyder over Morrison makes you "less of a fan" or whatever. And I agree that Batman Inc. was not a good idea.

I'm fine with it ending, I considered dropping it before this news came out.

On the subject of another book ending, I can't see Detective Comics ever ending. That book's been running for over 70s years.

Not a Morrison fan, and he should not have killed Damian. But there shouldn't be a Robin for some time after this.

I would say 3. But I still think Batman would win any fight, and I thought that long before I saw Justice League Doom. But I also have reasons for that. Batman: The Animated Series is the best adaptation to me. But I also love Nolan's trilogy, and I strongly disagree with it having nothing to do with Batman comics. There are clear references to Year One, The Long Halloween, Knightfall, and The Dark Knight Returns, among others.

1. Batman: The Animated Series (and especially Mask of the Phantasm) - this is how I got started on Batman as a kid. Still my favorite animated show of all time. So many amazing episodes. And Kevin Conroy being awesome as Batman.

2. The Long Halloween/Dark Victory - these were how I really got into comic reading, and remain my favorite graphic novels/storylines of all time

3. Arkham Series - perfect example of how the realism and fantasy elements of Batman can be combined, and also let the player truly be Batman

4. The Dark Knight Trilogy - say what you will of Christian Bale's increasingly deteriorating Batman voice, I love his take on the character, and Nolan's take on that world (in an uncommon opinion, Batman Begins is my favorite, for being so focused on Batman as a character)
