my current favorites comic(s) right now... is hard to say. i'm a pretty big batman beyond fan so... yeah i think it's batman beyond unlimited mainly because you're getting 3 stories/issues in one issue. plus as i said, i'm a batman beyond fan. although static shock was great too. i really wish i was still going on.

i've never read the ironman comics (although i do enjoy the movies and enjoyed the 90's cartoon back when i was a kid). but i think this story feels a bit like a "final chapter" ironman story, at least movie wise. don't get me wrong it would be a great step, but it seems too much like a final chapter. him integrating the suit to his body would bridge the gap between tony and the armor, which would in turn make him "one with the armor" especially with the "bleeding edge armor" as mentioned in one of the comments before mine (although i do agree from the pictures, the graphics would look amazing for that armor).

it just seems very final chapter-ish. so IF ironman 3 was to be the final chapter for the ironman movies then by all means go for it. it would be great.

i'm not a wonder woman fan because of her "classic" outfit, but once i saw her in the jacket and pants look i had seriously considered becoming a fan. now that she's gone back to the classic look, i'm not so much considering it anymore. just saying.

not sure if they would be suited for anime style... then again maybe they would, but i think either psylocke or colleen wing would be interesting. mainly because they have that japanese background (in one way or another) to them so it'd be interesting to see how they would be presented in anime style. i'm sure there's other characters that would be better suited, but colleen is a character rarely used and psylocke is a british/japanese ninja.

the first issue was alright. but this is being said from someone who only know static shock through cartoon. it did leave a lot of questions though.

i think in one of the recent batman beyond issues, in that little Q&A letters piece at the end, they hinted a justice league Beyond or something revolving around them.

one thing i'd like to see is more members in the beyond justice league, now i'm not a JL fan but of what i saw of the animated series, there were a lot of members, but now there's only a small hand full in the beyond universe?

as for seeing a beyond comic line.. i'm not sure on my thoughts really. to me beyond was isolated to just batman beyond, anymore might seem a bit cliche. that's the bad part, the good would be that we'd see more of this future universe and maybe some new and interesting team-ups and cross-overs. plus it'd give them another way to build up on the beyond universe. also depending on the team or character they make in the beyond series. they could show different shades of light on this future universe. like right now it's dark.. but with superman beyond or whatever other beyond they come up with, it could show the lighter side of beyond.
it could also show what happened to enemies and heroes not part of gotham.

but i do agree that expanding the Beyond line is risky because bring out too many new Beyond characters/comics too fast and it loses it's feel and maybe even it's origin. but different heroes, makes for possible new fans of the beyond universe. like say a wonder woman beyond could a bring in fans of wonder woman and share with them the Beyond universe through the eyes of a new wonder woman, superman does the same... but if they throw out all that happened in superman/batman annual #4 then it becomes less interesting because the consistency isn't there.
a teen titans beyond would mean that we would eventually get a robin beyond because it seems to DC that teen titans doesn't work without a robin.. ok, i think i'm getting a bit ahead of myself.. or lost my train of thought.
basically there's goods and bads to  expanding the beyond universe and it could go either way depending on the actions DC takes to expanding it. if done badly it could cause it to get put on the back-burner of DC once again. but done really well and... let's just say the batman beyond fans might get that official live action movie WE all been waiting for.

i think it should depend on the character, and if there was a glimpse of the character in an older look.
for example: batman, bruce wayne is human so if he doesn't age then should we consider all that happened to him to have taken place within a one to (shot in the dark) five (or four) year span of his life?
because of batman beyond, it would be interesting watch as the batman story gets up to where batman beyond started.

come to think of it if there's a valid reason as to why after so many years the character still looks young. like say wolverine, they could keep him young because of his healing factor. ra's al ghul has the lazarus pit so he also has a reason.

with the aging of a character it makes room to make a character that appeals to younger age groups. and if creators want to reuse an already aged character they could always remake that characters series, or give a valid reason of how that character is young again, then the question becomes should that character return to their current age or should they accept the situation and go through their youth again.

although considering that some story arcs seem to play within the hour to 24 hours of a characters life per issue the aging should be as fast as the story arc or time between story arcs permit. so if the time between story arcs is a year (don't think there's a time gap between story arcs was ever that big), then that character should be a year older
example of what i mean could be.. uncanny x-force, if i had to estimate how long the first story arc was (as far as story time line) i would say it was roughly about a week (or less) with the end of the arc (even though it was two and half out of four issues) being about 24hours at most.
so with a story arc like this the characters didn't age very much.

toy variants are one reason i didn't buy very many... although what i lacked in a collection from one series i made up with having far too many interest with a toy line (i liked too many shows and cartoons, that had their own toy line). for me and toys they had to have one or more of a few conditions... 1. the variant had to be featured in the series at some point, 2. it had to be a good variant of a rare figured character, 3. the character had to look good as that variant (although this could be out ruled by condition 1, although if the figure looks terrible to begin with then even if it's been featured in the series, i won't get it), 4. a play-set multi use type.. although playsets aren't figures are they?
so yeah because if all these conditions, i rarely had a super hero figure. thinking about it, i only had a few, as far as batman figures go i only had... or still have a two batman beyond figures.

the game looks good, i just wish the rumored multi player (at least online) was in the game... (didn't the makers say they weren't going to have multi player?) also other bat heroes would have been nice too ( at least a cameo). right now it seems as though it's just batman. i hope we can roam the city in a bat vehicle at least (a lot of "at least") i guess what i'm saying is i hope there will be something that adds to the game play other then just "new abilities" of combat or on-foot travel

come to think of it i'll get the game regardless of if it does or doesn't have what i hope for. the game looks good enough as if (in trailer), but i might wait for a GOTY version if it doesn't. either way, i'll be getting it.
