@yo_yo_fun: I'm in a similar situation. I recently ordered B.P.R.D. Vol.1 HC, but I wanted to know how's the series after all this years, so I got Wasteland - part 1. It was what I expected and wanted it to be. It was great! I can't wait to get my HC!

@billy_batson: Thanks! Good to know that someone else did what I have in mind and it worked

Great article!

I've seen the movies and enjoyed them so I gave the comics a shot, but the first volume of the Library edition didn't do it for. But there were some scenes in the second story with the B.P.R.D. agents, I enjoyed and was thinking of skipping Hellboy and getting the first B.P.R.D. HC. Will I be too lost if I do that?

Also, a question about Abe. In the movies, I think he needed a device to breathe out of water (haven't seen them in a long time). Does he have the same problem in the comics?

I got the first 2 issues for $1 each, but thinking of giving more ($1.5 maybe 2) for the next issues.

I'm extited about the titles which will replace the canceled ones, but I'm also terrified for the same reason. I want to see cetain books (I miss my Red Robin) but I'm afraid about the creative teams.

I'm another one of the few that like "Sword of Sorcery". The only mistake DC did was the $3.99 price. If it was $2.99 and only the main story it might have lasted longer. But, like in the case of Frankenstein, I don't blame DC, but the fans. Most complain that there are not enough diverse books or books with female leads, but they never gave this one a chance. It started with really bad sales, which means that people didn't even try it. I guess they had the childish view that it's for girls only. But what matters is if a book is well-written and that one was.

The good thing is that Marx is moving on to BoP. She's the reason I haven't dropped that book. I want to see her work on that one and I hope she gives this book direction.

@k4tzm4n:In the case of BP an airstrike won't kill him. The guy can take a hit from the Hulk due to his suit. So an airstrike might be what Batman needs to win. :p

Why everyone forgets that Batman can call his Batplane for an airstrike?

In 3 matches, Batman loses 2 and ties in one? Something is wrong here...
