Not being brain dead isn't a feat, its standard. I could as easily point out he's never been shown to be brain dead, which actually has more weight to it as being brain dead is a change to basic. Not to mention, if the character is Odin's Niece, it suggests the cousin is from the same generation as Thor and Asgardians have consistently been seen to be more powerful the closer their are to the original generation.

Doesn't say anywhere in the rules that a character is considered not brain dead if it's otherwise not stated.

Seems reasonably likely that Les is brain dead.
