Most of them are in the same continuity yes. The assumption is that the characters split time, which leads to humorous asides about how very busy Wolverine must be.

i think the goblin queen is effectively dead, as far as comics go. she has pretty messed up and complicated history that i think no one really wants to touch.
just realized i have no idea what happened to selene and a never really followed that necrosha story line
is Logan talkn down to cyclops??? o_O does nobody respect Scott no more??? Logan should just understand that even if he is the leader of the official x-men now: the moment Scott steps in, he's like Tommy returning to the power rangers with the white ranger powers and Jason is magically not the official leader anymore -.-
i dont know what to think about cable. i wanna say he's gotten too friendly but thats probably normal given he's been around these characters so long now. i remember cyclops being weary of his attitude, now he's like whatever
