Who's the strongest being that has been killed with that bubble in brain technique? I hear that theory a lot, and though it would work with lower durability beings, I don't see that working on someone like Superman. I know Super Skrull has down it do a bunch of Annihilation Wave bugs, but never do anything who has substantial durability. "

Which mobile suits? Kira piloted Strike, Freedom and Strike Freedom, (not counting Strike Rouge), Hero piloted Wing, Epyon and Wing Zero (not counting Veyate, Mercurius and the Leo) 
 
If you give Kira Strike Freedom he takes them all, that thing is overpowered as hell for a gundam and has tons of firepower, even with regular Freedom he should take it, on terms of piloting skills, Kira might be the best in Gundam continuity, his own nature makes him, he's a Super Coordinator, Coordinators are by default better than regular humans, SC are better than Coordinators, he has SEED, that boosts that even more, and he developed Newtype capabilities after that. 

The problem is not power lvls, but rather the fact that Blue Marvel is a living Anti-matter reactor, Kallark isn't, Vulcan can "feed" on Blue Marvel weakening him while becoming stronger, he can't on Kal.
