One of the biggest muderers around. I mean she has 237 counts of murder, not even the biggest serial killers of our world get to that number. I get that Catwoman is a villain but she was a jewel thief not a mass murderer. The worst thing she did, was running a criminal organization but I never thought she killed that many people. If she did, Batman would clearly despise her. Seriously those number belong to a villain like Two Face, Zsasz and a few others, not Catwoman.

What the hell?

So what do you guys think of Harold being back? If there's one character in the Batman mythos that I never expected to show up again it was definitely him. He's one of those quirky little concepts that exists within a certain period of comics, so that if you skipped the 90s Batman Era you could have missed him completely, and when Hush rolled around and he popped up again (Just to be killed off, even though he'd already received a much better and more meaningful send-off previously) you could be forgiven for having zero idea who he is, because unlike Alfred or Jim he's not a side character that appears in other media all the time.

Just a whole bunch of poor planning, which is customary for the New 52.

@nathaniel_christopher: Either put them in a relationship or divorce her from the story entirely. The "will they, won't they" shit is never interesting.

I think it can be interesting for a little bit, but they've dragged it out too long at this point. Dixon handled it just fine back in the 90s in my opinion, when he was very clearly building them up with the intention of putting them together, dropping hints about their past and new information here and there, before having it culminate in a relationship. In the New 52 it's just been all over the place, with Barbara being against it, then wanting to try things out, then Dick being against it, then wanting to try things out, then both being pulled away from each other by other people, etc. It's worn out its welcome. Then the fact they've been dating other people all the while doesn't really help matters either.

It's only natural that in stories with only one overarching storyline, instead of say multiple for each villain, that the presence of so many villains would result in many of them feeling somewhat lackluster. Therefore, you've got most of them really only serving to be part of the scenery for a few good shots/action sequences. I think Loeb stands out because of just how often he's actually done this with his stories. At the same time some of the villains really do manage to shine in my opinion, such as Holiday, Two-Face, and Calendar Man (Probably isn't ever going to be a better version of the character than Loeb's). Really, I was never truly annoyed by it until Hush, because there it was a matter of all these villains showing up just to hype Hush up even further.

Which still places him in his teens when he's adopted.

If we go by the original comics (pre crisis) he was afaik 12, so just below the teens.

But he was still the only one who got adopted quite early in his career.

I'd say we're obviously not going by the original comics, since everyone after Jason didn't exist in the original comics, which would also make the discussion moot.

Which, as I already explained, is irrelevant, since the OP didn't ask about who was adopted early in their career, but who was adopted in general. Jason was adopted first, but that's, again, not what was asked, so pointing it out doesn't mean anything.

Actually, not even Jason would qualify, since he was like 15 when he died and wasn't Robin very long either. So only Dick would qualify as having been a kid at any time he worked under Bruce.

Based on the time line Jason would have actually been more like 13 or 14 in DITF (the 15 comes from a publication that is not really canon and doesn't make much sense). And if you look at Jason early post crisis comics (Collins and Barrs runs) he is definitely not older than Dick in the comics about his early time as Robin.

Which still places him in his teens when he's adopted.

Year One for the essential details, Zero Year if you favor a bit more meat to your stories.
