I'm officially not buying any more issues of Hawkeye staring Kate Bishop.

Sigh, I was really hoping for Thanos Jr., that would have been super trippy. Oh well this still looks solid, and Jason Aaron has grown on me hugely. If this is a limited series I will probably pick it up. And besides, if its an origin that means Starfox will show up. I love that dude.

This is the only Marvel now artist switch-up that I am happy about. I've been in love with Marquez's work since his first issue on Ultimate Spider-Man and it's cool to see him on such a high profile book. Not to say that Immonem's working on the series hasn't been mindblowing.

I thought this was a no brainer that Batman would never show up on Arrow. If DC didn't want to sully Batman's reputation by having him show up opposite Superman on Smallville, why on earth would they throw him into a show about Green Arrow.

Wow, an all female book...what is this the 70's? Haven't we come to a point in society where gender shouldn't be a big enough factor to base a team on? Uncanny X-Force is practically an all woman team as it is, but they haven't made a gimmick out of it. The creative team here is solid, so I have no doubt the book will turn out to be a creative and financial success, but I just don't care for the conceit.

The Fearless Defenders book has a good reason for being all females (since they are essentially becoming a new generation of Valkyries), but between that book and this X-Men reboot, it seems very clear that Marvel as a company (not the creative teams involved) has no concept of why diversity is important, and seems content pandering in a Romney-esque way to a group that they don't understand.

I want to reassert one final time that I have full confidence in Brian Wood and Cullen Bunn, just not in the decision making practices at Marvel editorial and corporate.

This was the same thing I thought when I read #699.

Dude I've been reading hulk since Marc Silvestri did it for 2 issues, Whilce Portacio stepped in for 1 issue, Lenil stepped in for an issue, and then two dudes were flipping it back and forth every few issues. I've NEVER seen so many artist changes in one year of a comic book series as long as I have been collecting comics. This is one of the reasons I am not into american comics and more into Manga since I know everything is going to have a familiar look to it.

I was kind of excited that Yu was going to work on the series but I knew in my bones that he wasn't going to stick with the title, the guy is trying to do so much I don't think he can just commit to one thing anymore in his career, he's quickly becoming the new Travis Charest but he actually finishes his work.

If the story is good then I'll continue to read Hulk, I don't particularly care who the artist is, but if I see some bullshit like I did in batwing number 4 or 5 where it looked like a 7 year old drew it. Then it will get removed from the pull list ASAP!!!

Yeah, I started reading the previous Incredible Hulk series because Marc Silvestri was on the book. And to be fair I think he had some health issues that cut his run short, but for what seemed to be a high profile book, Marvel seemed to do very little on damage control. The book never recovered from inconsistent art and I ended up dropping the series because the art was so inconsistent, the 3.99 price point, and the double shipping. I ended up getting a few of the issues I missed from a 50 cent bin, and Jason Aaron was doing some terrific stories and character work, but each issue had completely different art. It's just sad that it feels like Marvel was sabotaging Aaron with the art.

It would make for a better TV show than movie imo. AMC, make it happen.

Absolutely agree. The series is paced like a TV show, and there is just too much ground to cover in an hour and a half of a movie. But I'll stay optimistic, since the source material is so strong.

Is Indestructible Hulk undergoing any double-shipping? It hasn't so far.

I stand corrected. I guess Indestructible Hulk is among the few titles that is not double shipping after all.

@dondave: Double shipping happened. A vast majority of quality artists just cannot keep up with the bi-weekly schedule Marvel is sticking to. Same reason Immonem is off of All-New X-Men in issue #7, Steve Dillon is off of Thunderbolts in March, and that Coipel is filling in for Cassaday in Uncanny Avengers #5. I would be very surprised if more than two books maintain the same creative team on any Marvel Now book for more than 10 issues (5 months).

The premise is interesting enough, but I just don't care about these characters. Maybe if Brooks were the interior artist I would give it a chance.
