No it's not.Taking cover is putting yourself out of harms way until you can do what you need to to win.Hiding is putting yourself out of harms way for good with no intention of fighting back.Yes.That's right Clint would have to get the drop on him because he doesn't have superhuman reflexes and he has the inferior weapon.If Deadshot gets the drop on Clint,obviously he kills Clint but Clint is the strategist not Deadshot."

only way i see that working is if he is constantly under cover while running.........whatever part of clint deadshot gets to see is getting hit, period.

explain that second one? presumably you're saying clint can use his arrows like cap uses his shield and beat him that way, right? well, why couldn't deadshot dodge that? arrows don't move faster than captain boomerang, and also he has armor.

what does that have to do with ds dodging his arrows? besides, running with only make it harder to stay hidden, and it's not like clint could evade him on the move, he's tagged running superspeedsters and even kept pace with one up close(i've shown this)

ds sensed a sniper from afar and dodged his gunfire in time, he can do the same to clint with his slower arrows.

i just showed deadshot discovering a sniper without turning around and looking and being able to dodge his gunfire.......why wouldn't he notice clint and be able to dodge his arrows

ok, let's see. already proved he was faster. don't need to prove that bullets are faster and can be shot at a faster rate than arrows. don't need to prove that ds has armor, should be common knowledge. ds has dodged bullets, so can dodge arrows
