I'm not saying Pete isn't bright, he is. But so are other people in the universe, many of which are evil. Surely someone would realize how effective the web shooters are, and how relatively easy it would be to replicate them for one of those genius level characters.

Just wanted to know where everyone stands on the organic vs inorganic webbing issue.
Personally I feel like inorganic doesn't really hold up anymore, as the idea of a substance able to support Peter's weight and instantly stick to buildings etc. would probably have been discovered before Parker got to it. Also, if it was something easily reproducible I think it would be irresponsible of Peter not to get that webbing out to the world at large, it could be very useful in many situations, especially if a kid could afford and produce it. I just don't like that the new movie decides to make the web shooters inorganic again, it's fine in comics, but in more realistic movie worlds, I feel like the only explanation for only peter having web shooters is that it is organic.

tl;dr: I prefer the organic webshooters, you?

I think the book focusing on Sinestro is an awesome idea, but why are the guardians not immediately revoking his ring!? They just took Hal's, who for all he's done to harm the corps in their eyes, he's very often been protecting them from sinestro or his men. Sinestro's killed/responsible for more dead GLs than anyone else in the universe! It just makes no sense that they'd kick out only Hal. Stewart blew up Mogo,  and they apparently care more about immediately expelling Hal.

I love the idea of a Sinestro book, and him in the GL sounds interesting and great, but I don't like how the guardians were portrayed. That was not the decision making process of people who've been leaders for the millions of years that the guardians have been. They should've put aside the smaller issue of Hal, and focused on ensuring the survival of the corps.

Yeah, I can roll with this for a while. But I feel like the books HAVE to get to the same time period eventually, or DC has to change the way they write events.
Also, new cover is fine, but the 1st one was more worthy of being called  Action Comics #1

I've always thought Eddie as a hero/anti-hero made a lot of sense. His motivations as a villain were never quite that strong, and were mostly fueled by an insane alien parasite that made him constantly angry. Eddie Brock doesn't have an internal motivation to be evil anymore. As time passes, so do the wounds that led to his being evil as Venom. Also, the anti-venom shtick is excellent. Venom as an anti-hero was all about him not succumbing to killer impulses caused by Venom, and how he didn't want to be that guy anymore. Anti-Venom is just the next step in that arc, in my opinion.

I just want Starscream to betray the decepticons, that is all I ask of a Transformers movie. The first time I saw Starscream do that in the animated series, it blew my mind, for whatever reason, and I just want that to be acknowledged. That's all I want. Please.

Selina Kyle being in the picture usually leads to romantic tension with Bruce Wayne. I feel it'd be well within movie logic for Selina's motivation to be at least partially romantic, and perhaps she WANTS batman's attention, and could possibly adopt the catwoman moniker  to get him to notice her in an ocean of nameless criminals?
I don't think it would be too out of fiction for Kyle to be called Catwoman.

The ability to detect high levels of carbon monoxide
Infinite stamina between 6:45 PM and 6:48
Ability to taste music
Your words are understood by all birds but are ignored because they find you unlikeable
You hear a second into the future, so you get a really annoying disconnect between what you see and what you hear.

Man, I could do this all day.
