The 12th Level Intellect Coluan has the combined knowledge of many thousands of worlds that he has assimilated and contained on a daily basis. It has turned out there are multiple versions of Brainiac that exist throughout the DC Multiverse each of which are simply avatars to the one true Brainiac. This mysterious being exists outside of space time and is believed responsible for manipulating the events that occur within the continuity of the DC Multiverse. He is also the leader of Telos and is omniscient, being able to perform trillions of complex equation calculations at the same time.

He is a tactical leader who commands the Female Furies, Parademons, clones of Doomsday and many other minions at his disposal.

With a brilliant mind, an eidetic memory, huge resources and the ability to talk himself out of any situation or talk people into committing suicide. Lex Luthor isn't afraid to walk around like an easy target to be picked off by heroes and villains alike.

The ruler of Latveria is nearly as smart as Reed Richards in terms of knowledge but much more cunning than his heroic rival. Victor von Doom knows how to keep himself safe out of harm's way and is always ready to grab whatever opportunity comes towards him. Doom is capable of outsmarting beings far more powerful than himself, stealing their powers whenever he can.

Many people believe due to his insanity, he is also an idiot but the Joker has proven enough intelligence to surprise even Batman. If the Joker were to be motivated there is literally nothing stopping him from achieving what he wants. An unpredictable, unorthodox chemical genius who is always coming up with new and crazy inventions, breaking out of Arkham Asylum all the time, threatening Gotham City every few days or so, obtaining the Worlogog and has even stolen up to 99% of Mr Mxyzptlk's 5D reality warping powers.
