That reminds me of an issue of Punisher where Frank is gonna kill these low rent scumbags who happened to get their hands on Stiltman's armor, and Rhino came up to the roof were Frank was to feed pigeons and actually talked Frank into not killing them because they never hurt anyone... well except one guy that was a murder, Frank did snipe him when the other guys kicked him out of their "gang". I always thought Rhino was one of those villains that wasn't a bad guy at heart.
