Hypertime was essentially the canonization of every universe/dimension/timeline that has, or will, ever exist throughout DC's history(which is what the basis of Convergence seems to be, yes.) Hence why we saw pre and post-Crisis universes, as well as alternate dimensions, in the Hypertime splash-page:

The pre-crisis infinite multiverse was brought back after convergence for example. 52 known universes shown on the map, but there are infinite universes with ? mark on it. We only saw part of everything on the map. 52 universes are very very small section of dc entirety; if you follow closely you will understand. Reboot only happen within the speedforce wall, so higher dimensions plane are not affected. That’s why New Gods and higher entities are remember every crisis and what happened before

Perpetua’s creation (multiverse map) was very much infinite universes

Hell just recently it’s confirmed that the multiverse map is just ONE multiverse out of all infinite multiverses in dc, and that one multiverse on the map is infinitely larger than marvel omniverse (I’ll explain it in later post)

From the New God’s Realm perspective, the prime DC multiverse are infinitesimal bubbles. And the dream world, dream of the endless realm is the same scale as new god’s realm. This realm alone compare to the biggest dimension ever existed in marvel which was the beyond realm. Prime marvel multiverse was droplet of water in an ocean compare to beyond realm.
