Edward can read many minds at once and if anything a hive mind would aid him in this task. How does the Alpha Uroburos Parasite operate? If it is a hive mind how many minds are connected and what strength/intelligence are these minds?
Normally Uroburos Parasites infect regular people but I haven't put them in the battle. Basically the alpha Uroburos controls what the others do, not directly but it makes them complete tasks. It doesn't baby step them through every movement. Wesker is pretty merciless so I feel he'd take advantage of Empathy. He's similar to his 3 team mates because he's pretty machine-like in his motives and actions.
Oh and weaker still has his independent thought. So he'd have to listen to both the parasite and him sometimes speaking at the same time.
