yeah it wode work and disney bought marvel gargoyles is from disney gargoyles takes plase in new york and most of the marvel univerce takes plase in new york gargoyles can be dark so can marvel is mostly dark sometimes, so yea is possible and it will work just think of the fights we mit see and the team ups.

1) Vehicles and UV(Edward cant get hurt from light) lights will do nothing...why did you even include that? 
2) Sure the sword maycut edward...but like I said before even if Edward is decapitated...his body will simply pick his head up and reattach it at super human speeds faster then the eye can see, bullets cant penatrate his skin even a shotgun wont do it...3) Daystar pellets wont work....Different species of vampire...plus it has to penetrate his skin 4)In twilight if a vampire ingests and Impurities in their system they just throw it up, or it gets burnt up in their venomis blood...thats it...it wont make him explode. 5)Blade has around 50 years of training 6)Edward has 95 years of killing his own kind...(Twilight vampires are more Resilant then regular vamps 7)Edward has greater strength and speed... (can hurl a semi through a three story window with relitive ease)  though blade has a better sense of humor... Edward still wins----------------------------------------ohhh...god whoever bumped this...is getting a Pimp slap...  "
