Surfer gives team 1 a very great edge. His versatility surpasses even that of the Manhunter's (hard to believe, but true), and his vast array of abilities would help him exploit weaknesses of Team 2. With Thor's help (I don't see WWH doing much anyway), team 1 wins a very good majority here.

Well, the reason for this thread was to actually "crash test" Mandrakk against a being of immense power. Since he himself supposedly wields power of that measure.
Since Mandrakk's power levels still remain a conundrum to many (myself included), I decided to test him against one of the most powerful villains in recent years, Hal Jordan, the version of Parallax from Zero Hour, himself.
