You are missing Sa'ar, the Ageless One, he demolished Shiva. Drakon is not nearly as skilled as Cass, Bruce or Shiva, just inhumanly quick. And Prometheus can't be < Shiva given that his protege one shotted her.
Edit: Bamboo Monkey destroyed Nightwing, he can't be below him, either. Silver Monkey is also ahead of Dick and arguably Connor.
