Em, perhaps "Pagan" is the wrong choice of word, Sara. You know that is a general term for many native (often earth-based) religions, which are still practiced by many folks today, i.e. Wicca.
Yeah, it's a top-seller. Yeah, you'll be jumping on the bandwagon. but if you're even remotely GL-curious, do yourself a favor - play "ketchup" and jump on board. You'll be glad you did. The writing is great, the art is awesome. Geoff Johns delivers the goods.

Good review. I pretty much agree, but I'd have been a bit harsher. I'm thinkin' about droppin' this title, actually. Not even Ganthet can save it. Tomasi & Gleason were much better. A shame becuz the new team has potential, but I just think of Hank H. and roll my eyes.
She really is remarkable. If you look up her resume, it will blow your mind. She's done so much, it's insane. And a lot of classic stuff of which I had no idea, like Smurfs, Super-Friends, Animaniacs, etc.. Sheesh, take a vacation, lady! And when ya get back, cast me, cast me!
