Unhealthy eating and smoking kill nearly the same amount of people.

And yes, obviously we have fast food commercials, but they aren't government funded, McDonald's, KFC etc. fund for their own product.

Anti-smoking and obesity ads are funded by the government.

We have ads in Australia criticizing smoking. All different types of cancers, etc. The ads are quite graphical too.
