Does Demi Lovato use Autotune a lot? I don't know her music...but Simon did have a classic reaction, I think that's what everyone should really be talking about.

Be yourself, if yourself is someone who doesn't like people like him, he'll get the message and not want to be your friend, if it makes you look like a jerk well you technically are one (as long as you're being yourself). So really you should be deciding if who you are is a jerk or not.

no it not that i don't like all people like that, i was like that to. but A: i was never really friends with him, i never really talked to him he just started to hang out with me and i find him annoying.

I'm dont want to be mean, i really don't.

I had someone like that when I was back in high school, I know what you mean...but I just decided to be myself and eventually I think they grew tired of me because myself wasn't someone who hung out in their social circle and we drifted apart. Years later though I regretted not choosing to be someone who would hang out with them because they were the closest thing to a real friend I had back then and I didn't notice because we were too different.

If you have a true connection with someone, some variation of marriage will naturally follow...whether it just be living together, getting eloped in Vegas or having some big formal wedding and life commitment. They are all essentially the same thing, but none of them mean the same thing to everyone. Plenty of people get traditional marriages but don't actually care about the commitment that years ago would have essentially resulted in their deaths if they chose to break it. At the same time, other people can be fully committed to each other just as much as anyone ever has been and not get a traditional marriage. When you meet someone that you would potentially get married to, the two of you will know whether marriage is the right decision or not, and if you don't, then it isn't.

They killed it but I'm not a fan of comic collecting (the market), I do collect comics but I like that they are priced for their actual value. Comic collecting was based on the idea of things being pricey because demand was high but demand was high because everyone wanted to buy to sell for more...I think comic collecting should be reserved for people who actually want to own the comic, which is what it is now and it makes prices reasonable except for those rare items that collectors still genuinely want (like say one of the 400 Alan Moore signed edition of Miracleman or something or an Action Comics #1).

New comics shouldn't be thought of as collectibles IMO, buying a comic in the hopes it will increase in value is a waste. You don't buy a book or an album or a movie in the hopes it will go up in price one day.

No but neither will Batman or any other comic character from decades ago if you are referring to popularity in the overall population because comics are a niche market now and things don't seem to be going in a direction that will change any time soon (and that's a good thing because comics that appealed to "the masses" were crap, nobody considers them essential but collectors).

If you mean popularity in proportion to the comic audience, also no because there's always more comics to be enjoyed whereas before you had to choose between Superman, Batman, Captain America, Rawhide Kid, Tales of Suspense, Young Romance and Vault of Horror and that was it so if you wanted a superhero comic where the character was super, Superman was basically the entire market. So again, the fact that he won't return to his peak is a good thing.

Hated or ignored, though? That's just an Internet concept because the majority -not all, why deal in absolutes- of people who post on the Internet are by nature the type of demographic that would prefer Batman (if you don't know what I mean, you haven't been on the Internet enough). Sales figures argue otherwise and they are the only thing that actually matters.

@Raiiyn: The US doesn't want those benefits though (as a majority anyways but it seems that's slowly changing), but yes we do get stuff out of our taxes but when it comes down to it, I think the cost of living for minimum wage employees is pretty comparable although I never had to fully provide for myself on minimum wage in the States as I do here so I couldn't say for sure.

It's different though, everything is cheaper (sometimes significantly so such as with dairy products or tobacco) in the States and Canadians get taxed more so it balances out more then you'd think but yes on average at least it is higher in Canada.
