DC had a version of War in their 52 series they made, but we dont really know much about him, you could argue Destruction from the Sandman series could be the War characterization
Thanos will win, and relatively easy, Supergirl may be..........well super, but she is no genius, and anyone who can make Galactus look like a fool is not to be taken lightly. hell I would even think Thanos would destroy Superman
I like MIllar's work when he is writing for other heroes (like Superman red son, civil war, and old man logan) but in terms of his own creations I have yet to be very impressed.
I read Kick-Ass, it was ok I thought, but nothing Ground Breaking or truly Kickass like the hype made it up to be. I dont think its necessarily a bad thing that Millar took some scenes/ panels from other works. If we disregarded every peace of work that does that same thing then we would have very little material to read and like someone else said, paying homage isnt necessarily a bad thing.
Millar is no Ennis, or no Morrison for that matter, but I will still check this out just to form my own opinion, good review otherwise guys, I like the different points of view
agreed, magneto has always been that malcolm x figure, where he is just very physical in his beliefs, he doesnt do evil things really unless it is to humans, and for the most part it seems like those evil shenanigans have been lessened as well
I know that with the recent story in Blackest Night that some DC heroes and villains have been deputized with the power rings, if you could control which heroes or villains get deputized with these rings, who would you choose?
my choices are: Green Lantern Corps: Steel Blue Lantern Corps: The Flash (i cant think of anyone better) Sinestro Corps: Batman Violet Corps: Oracle Indigo Corps: Star Sapphire Red Lantern Corps: Black Adam Orange Lantern Corps: Lobo
