@JoeEddie: This is what I read off of the Arkham City Wikipedia page (under "Sequel")
In July 2012, Variety published a report that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment was looking to make Rocksteady's next Batman game a prequel based on the Silver Age of Comic Books, and featuring the characters Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and the Flash. The report suggested that the game would explore Batman's first confrontation with the Joker, and that it would have a release date of no earlier than 2014.
In August 2012, Paul Dini stated that he would not be involved in writing a sequel, having not been included in writing for any of the DLC, including the story-based "Harley Quinn's Revenge" DLC, and he claimed that Warner Bros. suggested that he take work elsewhere if offered. He added that he had taken on other projects that would prevent his involvement until 2013.
One thing I never understood about Wolverine's skeleton - it's a thin coat of adamantium over top of his bone right? His ligaments holding the bones together at the joints should still be muscle tissue because if the bones were fused together by adamantium then he wouldn't be able to move. So how is it that an explosion (of any sort) doesnt rip him to pieces? I get that the adamantium cant break or shatter, but how could his skeleton possibly remain intact? Shouldnt the explosion just litter adamantium coated limbs everywhere? Mystery for the ages I guess...Sorry to get off topic, I think adamantium can withstand a lightsaber.
Agreed, with adamantium bones baked clean of any messy biological leftovers. Not to mention his brain would have disintegrated with the rest of his not adamantium parts.
Lightsaber vs adamantium, adamantium wins out. Though I think a capable jedi could just cut off wolverine's limbs with it if aiming for the joints.
Suck it Beware of the Batman, and Avengers Assemble.
yeah except this is going to air with the simpsons and family guy so like most animated things fox tries to do enjoy the first 4 episodes before it gets cancelled.
God I hope this means the Cleavland show is getting cancelled.
@Whodid: I read an interview with the head writer who said in response to the sequel talk that WB didn't even approach him about doing a third game, in fact they told him in so many words to look for other work.
I'm still not clear on Indestructible plot, Banner wants to be a scientist again so he makes a deal with SHIELD that when he's about to loose control they basically get to throw the Hulk at problems, I forgot where I read that but it doesn't exactley sound like there keeping the non berserker hulk persona as the default.
I don't think a scarab is quite as powerful as a GL ring itself. But the scarabs have a lot of combat knowledge programmed in them vs a GL having to train and learn so I'd say it balances out. Otherwise there's really no reason for the guardians to have not tried to wipe them out or vice versa.
