@lykopis: I agree with everything lykopis says all the time always. $5 Wrestling and Colt Cabana's various projects are looking much more appealing to me than anything on national television in the U.S. right now.
I play the old school TSR Marvel role-playing game, but myself and the other players don't even get that rules lawyery about logistical issues. We just have fun until people get tired and wander off. @theaudraway has some interesting opinions about teleportation formed from the line-of-sight rules, but otherwise meh.
I'm a male postmodern feminist, with 1/64th African American heritage, some Apache blood, and live well below the poverty line. BUT! I'm predominantly white, so I cannot say that my voice is marginalized against the bigger stage of American culture. I feel that the internet is eroding some of the racial and social barriers; language and rhetoric is more important in this virtual space than appearance or ethnicity. How people regard gender is a a rhetorical issue, so that's why people are still bastards about someone claiming to be bi, gay, straight, whatever (depending upon the forum or network one finds himself/herself in). Sorry for typing diarrhea.
