I don't really know anyone beats Saint of Killers. He is an immortal cowboy who shrugs off nuclear bombs armed with guns that never miss. He literally murdered god and all of hell. I really don't know even Thanos has got anything that stands up to that.
Round One: Uncanny X-Force beats them without really trying.
Round Two: I mean we can hope and pray Beast has some crazy play that ruins everything for X-Force but I don't think the amount of power and wildcard that is the unholy alliance of Fantomex, Wolverine, and Deadpool woking together is really stopped by anything Beast can come up with
In straight match-ups I say ollie and hawk-eye shoot arrows at each other, flip a coin that one hits first. Frankly any person who thinks they can actually argue who is better of the two is kidding themselves. While I love both character (or at least before the 52 ruined Ollie) I think their skills and feats are clearly comparable.
So the winner I think will be determined by the partner they have.
Deadshot vs punisher, Deadshot has the aim, punisher has the crazy.
Put the team together though I have to say I think punisher and hawk eye. I think the problem is that to me the punisher has to many x factors. He can shake things up in his environment. While Deadshot is a great assassin I fear that the chaos and destruction of the punisher seems more advantageous in this environment.
I say Midnighter walks into the battle, shit stomps that poor spiderman and walks away like a boss. Even a Batman rip off is better than Spiderman at his best. No offense spiderman fans as god has punished you enough recently (you know exactly what I'm talking about) but with Midnighters computer and combat skills poor ol spidey is just a little outclasses here.
