Excalibur has reunited and wants revenge on the Avengers because of the AvX events. They attack the Avengers while they are enjoying their annual picnic at Central Park. Avengers get a four minute heads up. All current versions (including Thor and Vision)
Round 1: Morals on. Both sides seek to humiliate the other.
Round 2: Morals off. Both sides seek to kill each other.
Hawkman is deranged after being transported to the Marvel Universe. Dr. Doom intercepts Hawkman and promises to send him back for a favor. Hawkman is told that if he wants to go back, he must assassinate Reed Richards (who is giving a lecture at Harvard University). Hawkman obliges, but can only use his innate strength, flight and the Claw of Horus.

Enchantress has cast a spell that turned every mutant into a frog with the exception of Rachel. The only way to break the spell is either by killing Enchantress or forcing her to rescind the spell. Of course, Enchantress has no plan for either and would gladly take the opportunity to put the hurt on Rachel. Fight takes place in an abandoned Asgardian village.

Enchantress cast a love spell on Reed, Scott and Gambit. The only way to break it is either by killing Enchantress or making her submit. Of course, Enchantress doesn't plan on losing. Fight takes place in an empty baseball stadium. Rogue has her Ms. Marvel powers. Jean does not have PF.

One of Rogue's mutant friends goes missing in NYC. She takes a leave from the X-Men or Avengers or whatever team is on to investigate the disappearance. Her investigation leads her to the Kingpin's office where he has started a mutant sex slave operation. Rogue is outraged and wants to kill him; Kingpin wants to use her as an example of what happens when you cross the Kingpin. Rogue only has her absorbing powers (and Kingpin is aware of it). Who wins?
Angel is in a business meeting when he hears a report about the Hulk rampaging through Times Square (about 2 miles away from Warren). Warren finds out that the Hulk killed some of his friends and vows to kill him. Can Warren take out the Hulk?
