No exactly. They don't have to be superheroes but they should be RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH to handle such abilities.

Still... deciding to be not a superhero with those super powers is pretty dumb and unexciting.

For some reason... I love him wearing that red bat symbol on his chest as Red Hood. In a way, it still connects him to the bat-family.

I had mixed feelings about this show at first but when I saw some of it's episodes, I learned how to respect it as what it is intended to be: a fun poke at the colorful history of the Dark Knight himself.

Oh.. and some of it's episodes are just plain damn awesome. The various comic book/movie references alone are GOLD:D

I just hope they can make another DC animated series again that's just as fun and interesting to see, even if it's not centered around The Batman.

Young Justice is an excellent start:D

It's nice to hear that writers are actually expanding upon his primary superpower which is of course super speed.

Because let's face it... having ONLY superspeed iiissss..... kinda lame:P

hmmm.... kinda hard to decide where they should start.

A HUGE part why Arkham Asylum and City work is because they're both Batman-centric games.

Let's face it... there's no one like Batman. Being a superhero without ANY super powers makes him interesting, in the sense

that it makes him limited and more exciting to pit especially against almost insurmountable odds. In short... he's not boring.

When thinking about "secret hideouts" I always think about how the earlier REAL secret socities meet while remaining still remaining hidden. They usually move their HQ from time to time so that no one can get to them easily. They also mask their meeting places sometimes as some of the most unlikely looking locations.

Awesome article. I did LOL a a few times before I finished reading it.

Actually, these are just some of the few reasons why Bats is such a very interesting character. He's an enigma himself.

Yeah, he's an obsessed, schizoprenic, paranoid and anti-social individual. Who cares!!

He's the EFFING BATMAN!!!:D

and that doesn't stop him from getting his chicks!

It's hard to be a superhero... but to be a supervillain?

Yeah... they're called terrorists.
