 Thanks R/B, believe me this was one of the most easies lists to make, along with the Trigun one. On the other hand my Golden Age Characters list, it was the hardest to make, it has over 1000 characters and I am still not done adding them.

  I don't think anyone thought it was going to be good until we saw for what it really was even the movie in which the Joker return was really cool

good list, but when did Parasite  and Granny Goodness apearer on Beyond? I know they were both DCU characters, but can't seem to think of if they apeared in beyond....

Parasite appeared in a episode of the JSU where Terry was in the future, as for Granny I think she appeared in a comic with Batman Beyond.

Technically it was not Parasite, but Parasite II who was an animation only character, but close enough, and he appears as a enemy of Terry's in the Justice League Unlimited episode Epilogue. Granny Goodness appears as a villain in an issue of the 2nd volume of the Batman Beyond comic books along with the Female Furies, and a few other Apokalips related villains when Terry traveled to that world

Just wanted to let you know I have added lots of major characters (such as his father, mother, brother). Check out his first issue because I can't list them all. 
 
Also add Mad stan, Hush and Dick Grayson.

One of the reasons why I really liked batman beyond was that it had a completely different batman.... cuz lets face it having a character stay in their 30s for over 60 years gets really boring after a while... that and I like the flying cars.

I love future heroes like Spidey 2099 and Batman Beyond. I've been watching a lot of episodes lately and the list needs to have a few more villains added. Peek was pretty cool and I loved his look and sleezy backstory, and there was that guy in the badass force field suit, I don't think he ever got a name. I hope those guys show up in the new series since so many of the good villains are presumed dead by the hands of Hush.

Forgot to mention False Face. He was the Clayface of his time only he couldn't make his arms axes and maces and whatnot.
