I'll go first. (edit) Actually, not quite first!
C - Mr Fantastic - Will catch everything. Could be good in multiple positions. Can also bounce balls back to throw out baserunners. Bat him ninth.
1b - Colossus - big target at first base and heavy hitter. Prob hit 6th.
2b - Nightcrawler - teleporting is allowed! But only while fielding. Bat him second.
3b - Spider-man - Good reflexes at hot corner. Throws enough web balls and got enough strength to make looooong throw from third.
SS - Flash - um yeah he's hitting leadoff.
LF - Ms Marvel - Get some feminine blood in the lineup. Can fly, and provides some power.
CF - Superman - Superspeed & Flight in the OF! 5 tool player! Will hit third.
RF - Starfire - Flight. Super strength. will help with ticket sales if team goes pro!
SP - Thor - Man throws a big ole hammer. I can imagine he'd throw a pretty mean fastball. Will hit cleanup. Could play OF if not pitching.
RP - Johnny Storm (human torch) - he throws flame balls all the time so could probably throw the HEATER. And be good offspeed guy compared to Thor.
RP - Wolverine - cause Claremont always had him pitching. crafty junkballer.
Manager - Captain America - who else?
