Asa Butterfield is a fantastic actor (He's going to be Ender in the Ender's Game movie), but I doubt that there is going to be any live action Damian Wayne any time soon...
It's difficult to know how much the Graysons knew about the Court. I'd like to think that they were in the dark, as only the guy in charge seemed to know anything about the Court.
Night of Owls has so far been infinitely better than AVX. Marvel has a love for crossover events with multiple tie ins, and it is honestly getting old at this point. If we take Fear Itself for an example, everything that happened in that storyline was completely retconned as soon as the event ended. The characters who died were instantly brought back to life, and the entire thing was dull.
