@Mr. Kamikaze: We all know that it was inevitable that Nick Furry would have to screw a Samuel Jackson look alike into existence in the mainstream universe, lol
I enjoy some change every so often. It's cool to see it will feature some second tier villains but Alfred as a guntotting secret agent. Please. The only reason he's even Alfred is to find a way to justify him being there. I mean the guy has the face of that British thug from Uncharted 3 that's pounding your face against a urinal
So far I have Batman, Flash, Green Lantern and I just bought Aquaman today. I seriously cant find the Parademon at any of my local comic book shops which was a bummer though!!! But serioulsy If anyone feels the same way I do. Lets start a petition to get some Greg Capullo Batman figures it's been over a year. It's one of the Best selling books. And Honestly who doesn't want a Batman/Talon combo pack
@HexThis: That was absolutely the word I was looking for "Glossy" I was having this whole discussion with another user. He was saying that I have something against pretty people in television. I honestly don't but for a show that has every producer working on it calling Arrow a gritty and down to earth show and comparing it to Nolan's Batman films is a freaking joke. I'm glad somebody else see's that and recognizes how the whole sexy IT girl wearing glasses is just plain dumb. Seriously I thought she was about to take her glasses off shake her hair in slow motion and put a lolly pop in her mouth, lol.
There is nothing really wrong with Arrow. It's more than a competent show. But it suffers from the same problem all CW programs suffer from. Every character is TO DAMN PRETTY!!! If CW did A Batman show Batman would look like George Clooney and the Joker? God....I don't even want to think about it.
It's nice to finally see something that is at least trying to Define Superman in a different light. That was what DC editorial wanted to begin with. But all that Superman fans have gotten over the last year has been alien punching fight month to month even Action Comics fell into this trend.
