You know I wonder how much is true about Vader summoning Force lightning. I just read Darth Vader and the Ghost Prison 3 and when Vader flys into a rage and throws stuff around, thin whisp of visible energy seem to fly around his wrath. Perhaps channeling it from his arms is impossible, but generated from his body during a powerful rage... I don't see how that is imposible.
