All heroes have their most memorable villains, whether by appearance, by the equipment or madness. But there are villains more memorable than those that would like that did not exist?

I'm sorry matches,but I gotta disagree with many of these choices:

  1. Because every villain has potential. Look at what they made Penguin into. At first he was just a laughable,nasally fat round guy with an umbrella. Shouldn't he be on this list,then? Two face is just a guy with a gun and have a charred body. Shouldn't he be on this list,too? Yet,they are among Batman's most dangerous villains. Why? Because not every villain has to be a physical threat,and,like with the Penguin example, villains can be transformed into something better than the jokes that they may have been. So basically,every villain has potential to be great,because even some of the greats were considered jokes in the past.
  2. Many of these villains on this list are great. Not only powerful for many of them (Hydro-man),but also developed and interesting characters that are just plain awesome,like Spot. Others I can spot and name are Trickster,The Brain,Bizarro,and The Serpent Society. Come on,man! Many of these people on the list are amazing villains and powerful,too. Simply because they aren't given enough popularity and aren't as overrated as ones like The Joker (let's be honest with ourselves,he's overrated much of the time) doesn't make them bad.
  3. Some of these characters aren't even villains. Like Batroc,Cardiac,Kangaroo,and Trickster.
  4. In the end,however,if you personally don't like some of these villains,then to each their own :) All I am saying is that you are not giving them enough credit/appreciation and under handing them a great deal. Like Hydro-Man. I just recommend some of these characters,especially ones like Bizarro.

@cameron83: So You saying what I already knew? Despite this being my personal opinion....I know these villains have potential,but I don't like them....that's it. For more people disagreed I still don't like 80% of them.

That's fine if you don't,just making a suggestion. :)

@matchesmalone21:

I normally see eye to eye with you on everything mon ami, but I think you missed the mark on at least 3 of these:

  1. Batroc. The guy is a villain, so he lacks victories over his primary adversary due to plot. But the fact that the very superhuman Spider-Man was seriously wondering if he had superpowers during their battle due to Georges' skill level and agility is a TREMENDOUS accolade to his h2h skills. IMO.
  2. Cardiac. He's a guy that's so smart, he built his own version of an Arc Reactor-type of device to keep himself alive. He is much stronger than Spider-Man, and his Arc Reactor device is powerful enough to create building leveling blasts when channeled through his staff that combined with his Black Panther-like Vibranium body armor prove that dude is not a game. Plus I love his "Erik Larson's time at Marvel-esque" costume!^-^
  3. Protocide. That guy was a freak of fcuking nature, straight up. Anybody strong enough to effortlessly put Captain America AND USAgent in a position to get consistently pwned is a BAUS! The guy and his shield made of still unrevealed materials was easily able to puncture USAgent's Vibranium shield like it was made of aluminum foil or something. Not an easy task, to be sure. This guy needs to remain "at large within the Marvel Universe" because as soon as he resurfaces, somebody is going to get killed.
