Not only that, Deathstroke's skill and enhanced physical attributes should be more than enough to subdue Peter in close combat. If all he has to do is escape then Parker wins. He's physically far faster and more agile.

He can escape, but people will wonder how he can jump 30 feet into the air and get thrown through walls and get right back up without injury.

Parker fails. He might be agile enough to not get shot, but no way he escapes Slade without giving up his identity. If Slade doesn't know who he is gunning for, then he will learn Peter is empowered during the fight. Everyone else will become suspicious of Peter, because of his ability to evade a pro like Deathstroke. Moose was already under the belief Pete was Spidey, this will only confirm it.
