batman and here is why, he knows how to fight magic (he was trained by John Zatara), he knows pretty much every martial arts style there is. He has taken down Superman, he has beat GL (new 52). he has come back from a a broken back, he has beaten darkseid both on a physical and an intellectual level. he is more intelligent (he figured out who superman was the first time they met) whatever he does not have be can build. Panther only has vibranium and Wakandan alien tech. but batman has Raanian tech, kryptonian tech, thanagarian nth metal (which can counter any mystical bs panther has), Atlantian tech, his on tech, Wayne tech, star labs tech, lex corp tech, kord inudstries tech, and a freaking mother box (which is far above any tech panther has) all he has to do is boom panther into space and panther would be no more. combine all that and panther has nothing that can beat that.
