V for vendetta is a great example of what the author ment . an what your read. an years later what it can mean. same for the film actualy.What the author ment, what time changed an what you read are all not the same thing.

I look at dc as one big elseworld stories.Have for years.Shame when im intrested in picking up titles as a monthly they have to have a "crisis" because flashpoint an 52 is just that.The wheels on the bus dont just go around an around they fall off every few years to it seems.
I may have to start buying flopy comics again becasue of this...Trade paperbacks an hardcovers are great but i do miss monthly titles.An this has a certian level of .. well awsomeness i have as a collector of fine comic art have been looking for.
