A street team

This is going to be a pretty mixed bag o' characters so let's pretend they are all on the side of good and work well together. I think this group will make one B.A. team.

I think it will have to be a rotating by the mission kind of team.

I suppose the Bat Family could pop in once in a while but I left (most of) them off for personal biased reasons, was thinking of more second stringer team then realized I had the likes of DD and Black Canary on it.....

I also realized it's lacking in low level muscle so adding a couple more.
