DC just re-released Green Arrow: The LongbowHunters in trade, which is the start of Mike Grell's era on the book.

Green Arrow: Year One by Andy Diggle is great. Also I've heared Kevin Smith's run are also well received. The Green Arrow/Green Lantern stuff is good, but can read a little dated like all old comics.

Some people suggested something similar about a JL movie when the DC Universe Online trailer came out.

It would certainly be interesting to see a cg/motion capture movie, but I think people might find it a bit unconventional.

I'd argue Two-Face's look comes from the way Tim Sale drew him in The Long Halloween.

This is an even better site that shows how the comics influenced Nolan and other's movies. http://gothamalleys.blogspot.co.uk/

I'm always gonna have to go for Bale, I feel he captured the three sides of Bruce Wayne the best, though he was far from perfect as Batman. He's also the only one that actually looked like he could kick someone's ass. Though I am biased because he's my fave actor regardless.

That said, I do love the others for nostalgic reasons, Keaton especially because i love his performance, and Adam West because he was the first Batman I ever saw. Kevin Conroy is amazing, but I don't count him because voice acting is a different set of skills.

He does seem a bit old, I'm not sure how good of an actor he is either.

Personally I think Kit Harington from Game of Thrones would be a cool choice.

To me its comparing apples and oranges. Ultimate Alliance is more of a beat-em up role playing game, where as the Arkham games is a more story driven open world platformer experience.

I agree The Killing Joke isn't as good as everyone says it is, but Moore's Swamp Thing is amazing, as is stuff like Top 10

Totally agree everything on this list.

I've been saying Gotham Central should be a TV show for years now, as have many others. There are so many cop shows out there it seems like a no-brainer.

I'd also love to see Hellblazer maybe done by a British network like the BBC.

@V_Scarlotte_Rose:  I would strongly, strongly recommend reading more Shade. Milligan's Shade, the changing Man is one of the greatest comics I have ever read. Which is saying something since I've only read the first 3 volumes because that is all DC/Vertigo have put out. I'm quite desperate for them to put out more volumes it was that good.

Also, its still in continuity in a funny way, because it was self-contained for the most part Milligan was able to incorporate his version into secret seven and JLD pretty easily.
