• Interdimensional traveler. (Visits Hell every year to test Mephisto). He also visits Asgard (to Loki), Realm of Dreams (To Nightmare), etc when ever he is bored.
• Constantly keeps track of Galactus so that when ever he wants to steal his powers again, he can get to him easily.
• Is on Thanos' "Beware List".
• Constantly keeps track of Beyonder.
• Constantly keeps track of the Celestials.
• Fought Four Celestials at once for 28 minutes.

Prepping for Doom is redundant because he's already prepped for everything (every possible outcome) ever since he started time traveling.

He wins when in-character.

Then again, Doom plays alot of games because he is bored, which he will lose on purpose because he is bored. (also in-character)

Doom bates battles so in a scenes, he is Marvel's number one troll character. Even more so than Loki.

Note, that he can prep this long because Dr. Doom is a time traveler testing the probabilities of trial and error.

Cyttorak on the other hand doesn't need prep, because in the extradimensional plane where time doesn't exist.

Initially, I would say Thanos, but since Dr. Doom travels back and forth in time on a regular daily basis, I would say that he is more able to predict each of their moves better than Thanos. And Thanos is usually distracted by his disputes with Death.

You basically gave no hope for any of the combatants because BFR is the only way to beat the Juggernaut. Thanos would probably be the only hope through his mediocre telepathy, but you said Juggernaut is "Bloodlusted", meaning that this is Trion Juggernaut.

And the only character that can "kill" the Juggernaut is Cyttorak.

"Battle to the Death battles" with Juggernaut is impossible unless someone puts Cyttorak in the battle as a means of P.I.S.
