I would place Zom at near equal grounds as Slorioth during the 7 Sphere War and Shuma-Gorath slightly above the Vishanti as a whole group.

Zom = Slorioth

Slorioth > Elder Gods combined

Elder Gods = Celestials the whole race combined

Vishanti > Elder Gods by a huge margin

Shuma-Gorath > Vishanti

Both are poor unfortunate souls.

If I can find the scans, Dr. Doom explains that after Marquis sent him back in the beginning of time, he also striped Doom from his powers and knowledge of magic and armor. Dr. Doom had to start from the ground up and lived up to some 13.8 Billion years to achieve where he's at now.
