I have the feeling that the DC Universe will soon be getting their own "Dark Reign" and that General Sam Lane will be the man in charge as was Norman Osborn is currently in the Marvel Universe. 
 
The reason i suspect this is because in Titans #22 General Sam Lane evicts rest of the current Titans.I am assuming this is why Deathstroke will soon be the leader of the Titans.
