I thought it was pretty underwhelming. Am I alone there? CERTAINLY didn't live up to The Avengers' last year. I have no need or reason to watch it again, for sure.

It was ESPECIALLY brief and practically useless on TV.

^ This.

Dude is not dead. When Maria Hill comes up to Nick Fury she states the Cap cards were in his locker and he totally evades this statement and states they needed something to avenge and she just just has a look of disbelief on her face. Seems like the logical solution is it was a life model decoy. Also the medical team just happened to be there before a call was sent out, like it was all planed.

Also I don't remember where I read the article but I remember seeing his contract still has him set for more Marvel movies.

He lives.

^-- This. My exact thought on the matter. Fury was the only one to see his supposed dead body and informed everyone he was down. He very well could have had Coulson get some medical attention, if it wasn't just some sort of set up to help bring the team together.

Wasn't there discussion for a while of a TV drama or some sort of show about Star Wars, set to take place between Episodes III and IV? Maybe it has something to do about that. I had heard that a couple of years ago Lucas wanted it to come out within the next 5 years or so. Unless that has changed and I'm not in the know about it, maybe that could be it.

I would LOVE to see another Hulk movie. But my question is (and I'm sorry if it's stupid lol but I'm curious), would a new movie connect to the second Hulk movie (the Norton one) as well as The Avengers? At the end of the Norton-Hulk movie, we see Robert Downey, Jr. as Tony Stark, in an attempt to connect it to Iron Man, and because of that it vicariously connects to Captain America and Thor. It would just be weird not to, at least to me, haha.

My question is, assuming First Class is tied in with the other X-Men movies and not just a revamp (I cannot remember for the life of me if they are all tied in together -- I would assume so, as Hugh Jackman appeared as Wolverine -- but someone please correct me if I'm wrong)... how will they explain Professor X standing at the end of Wolverine: Origins?
