He was the breakout writer of 2013, and looks like he will continue to write 1/5 of all comics. Superman/Wonder Woman, Swamp Thing, Red Lanterns, Inhuman, Thunderbolts, She-Hulk, Letter 44 and etc. He has lot going one.

Cyborg had a bad 2013. He was always in the shadows on the Justice League. He almost died by the hands of Crime Syndicate. Victor can only go up from here. All-New Cyborg!!! I'm hoping to see a Cyborg solo series in 2014.
