Bruce Wayne and Jason Bourne face off in a MMA ring, empty hands / no weapons, Muay Thai shorts only (so no Bat suit)
Morals on
Fight ends upon incapacitation or death

Who wins...Gotham's dark knight or the CIA's $30 million "asset"

EDIT: please answer for both the comic book version of Batman and the Christian Bale movie version

@Bucketz: well I'd rank an elite professional boxer in his prime as a peak human, especially one who defeated Ivan Drago

Bruce Wayne isn't a boxer, whereas boxing is Rocky's career...if Wayne is allowed to use whatever techniques he wanted to, of course he'd stomp Rocky, but in the boxing ring I think Rocky has the advantage

in a boxing match, I think Rocky could win provided that Wayne followed boxing rules

the out-of-universe explanations make a lot more sense (i.e. writers more comfortable drawing human anatomy, human-looking characters are easier to sell etc.)
it would still be interesting to see if writers could come up with a convincing in-universe explanation

I never knew she could "sense things through the air" and thus practically never be surprised...

I don't see how anyone other than a hardcore Batman fanboy could give this to Batman

@Billdevil: So is the comic book Batman better or worse with a sword compared to Christian Bale Batman?
I think an empty handed Batman would be at a very big disadvantage against a sword-wielding Conan. 3 feet of steel really makes a huge difference in a fight, especially when the guy using it is an expert. Giving Batman a sword might not help him that much, but it would be better than nothing IMO.

As for which combatant is more physically fit...that is a tough one.
according to some, modern day "pumping iron" gym training is inferior to ancient warrior "survival" conditioning in many ways (see http://www.about-muscle.com/free-ebooks/Warrior_Physique.pdf).
however, I'm sure Batman does not only pump iron in the gym, his training probably approximates practical warrior conditioning...Batman is a smart guy and he'll pick the most effective training for his career as a crime-fighting superhero
Of course, one thing Batman would have at his disposal (that Conan definitely would not) is performance enhancing drugs
