Should be fixed next push

This is the result of us restricting the editing abilities of names for anyone who isnt mod/staff on all objects.

I'm a bit... worried about opening up issue titles to everyone, after all issues are one of the few wiki objects that show up on the front page.

To be clear, what you want is this:

* All users able to edit Issue Names

* 5000+ points users able to edit Volume names

* Lock down volume changes on issues to mods/staff (this one is easy actually)

Pinging @rchen (our activity guy) on this

Whoops they arent required for the backend to work but our front end was setting them as required (our framework defaults everything to required).

The tags not appearing to the second time are most likely image resizing, sorry about that but if you have a ton of images it still needs to resize them.

The missing All Images tag is a known bug, gonna work on a fix today.

@pikahyper: It looks like its updated now, I think the DB side is working will talk to our search guy to see if the updates are being run correctly

Every review starts with your own recommendation, but that recommend doesn't actually get factored into the whole 'most helpful' stuff its just there for display purposes.

The thing that keeps your place when you reload is a browser feature, so I don't know how we can debug it. Will look into it later but Im not sure what would be causing it to mess up.
