There's no such thing as being omniscient... only an eternal doubt within the belief that it could be true (makes sense?).

Funny that someone mentioned Disturbed because that would be my 2nd choice right after Celldweller. It just pumps you with adrenaline...
Kidneythieves, Rob Zombie and some Massive Attack stuff also get me there. But Celldweller is in a league of its own.

To you, what artist(s) makes music that immediatly clicks the feeling of a comic book or action movie in you?
I have several, but Celldweller does the trick better than any other, for me.
Post yours...

Damn right, people. Instead they give it to Obama, who's only feats were killing a fly - karate style - and sending a few thousand soldiers to war! Pfff...

Somehow, i get the feeling that a peace Nobel prize is long due to the Juggernaut and the Hulk, for smashing New York several times (in their absence, Doomsday could receive the award, followed by a touching peace speech saying: AHAWWRRG!!). And what about Galactus? Do you understand that this humble alien tried to destroy Earth several times and he hasn't even been nominated yet!!! Absolute shame!!

" That's an interesting perspective regarding the Matrix. With regard to Godzilla though, what are they going to poison him with? They wouldn't know for sure what sort of poison (if any) would work on him, nor the concentration necessary to kill him as opposed to make him mildly nauseous. A better idea would've been to plant tons of high explosives scattered throughout the fish pile. "
That "answer" is not in the movie. That's just you doing the job the writters did not. Don't bother! You're not being paid ;) lol
The thing is, poisoning would be a better option that to bring some planes and try to nuke the beast (wich they also had no garantee it would work) in the middle of the city, destroying everything. Such atempt was much less smarter... hehe (but cooler, that's why they went with it).

The Matrix - Neo's character inside the Matrix should never be played by the same actor when outside the matrix. That's because no child could ever guess his true future adult look. Since Neo grew with his mind connceted to the Matrix world, his adult apearance should be the random product of his own "guessing" and could never match the exact adult man that developed inside that cocoon.

The Terminator - There would be plenty of "legal" and discrete ways to prevent the birth of John, instead of killing the mother. Making sure she wouldn't engage in sex or meet any new man 9 months prior to John's birthdate would be a smart choice, for example...

Godzilla - They gave the big lizard a nice old treat of "fish pile"... wow. Such nice fellas. Now that's a superb NYC welcome. But why didn't they poisoned the fish first???? Because the movie would end there, that's why. So, they chose the dumb way.

The impact of a movie is defined by what it brings as new. Matrix brought cool fighting styles and ideas, T2 openned a new era for fx and was just badass, Jurassic park presented the first truly believeble giant creatures on screen... but what exactly did Salvation bring to make itself stand out in the present sea of cgi contaminated movies out there? Very little. I enjoyed it as a movie, but thought it was incomplete as a terminator-movie. The family name it carried raised the bar too high. Just my 2 cents...
